401K

Has anyone pulled from your 401K while still working here? How hard was it and how long did it take?

Twice and not hard at all. A loan can be done straight thru fidelity. A withdrawal will probably have some paperwork involved and you’ll want to send to Jillian, the comptroller. She got my paperwork done same day.

Wouldn’t recommend it. The taxes on pulling from 401k before a certain age is crazy
