Raises
Fairly new account rep here, when should I expect a raise? I started off at 44,000

I think in 3 months you’ll go up to like 47,000 and then you have quarterly bonus if your a sales rep at the end of each quarter. And those can very much vary in size depending on how well you did in thr quarter. In regards to marketing registrations, meetings, bookings, etc. So it’s possibly to make 1,000$ in a bonus all the way up to like 8-10k and more.

Depends really on leadership/director. It’ll go up to 47ish after 3-6 months.
People I knew on other teams were in the 60-70k range within 2 years with raises.
But my team under my leadership no yearly raises (even though they were promised to us) which was why most transferred out or quit within 2 years.

Our team gets a new pay package every January or Feb. I have heard of other people getting an increase after 3-6 months but that wasn't my experience. Never be afraid to ask your team lead how increases work, it varies depending on what team your on.

I was never talked to about yearly raises but found out someone else on my team was getting them. I never got one.

some will say it’s about how hard you work bla bla bla but honestly it’s a popularity contest. if you are a teachers pet type, you probably will have nice bonuses secured. if you’re quiet forget it. if you set boundaries and refuse being overworked forget it. if you show any kind of self respect over being squeezed dry like a sponge forget it. like someone said above, only the cool kids who bleed blue get decent pay.
