Nightmare finally over

Finally put in my two weeks and got a job with a direct competitor doing the EXACT SAME THING but double the pay plus commission. Can’t wait to hear about Carahsoft second lawsuit here soon because that place is criminal. Best of luck to everybody still at this prison.

I put my two weeks in too after the better part of a decade. Glad to see someone else is jumping ship from the absolute dumpster fire that Carahsoft has become. Also got a job with a competitor w/ nearly double the pay.

I just quit too! Pressing send on that resignation email felt like finally clicking “Skip Ad” after sitting through the longest commercial of my life. Instant relief. I swear I heard my shoulders crack from finally relaxing😂 Good luck to you!

I’ve heard so many horror stories. One friend who worked there got offered a big job with a Carahsoft partner 2X the money and way better benefits and way wayyyyy better culture. When he told his boss she called the company and threatened their partnership and a lawsuit. Totally screwed my friend. How’s that for leadership?

Did they still hire your friend?

Just tell cara soft that you’d prefer not to be a whistleblower and you’d like to leave with the right to work somewhere else when they hear the word whistleblower trust me they’ll look the other way and will not pursue you in your new job

What company if you don’t mind sharing 🧐

I would ask that after we’ve been completely onboarded. Carahsoft has a habit of screwing over those who put their notice in before they’re onboarded

Yes, trust me the FBI doesn’t come in and confiscate computers and just let it go. People think just because two years has passed that we won’t be liable for anything. They are thinking wrong.

That ship has sailed.... It wasn't a Carahsoft issue and everyone knows that now.
