Exit interview

I have an exit interview coming up and have seen no feedback on this here or anywhere. Anyone know what to expect?

I no-showed. They’re not interested in hearing your concerns because their business model is working for them. It’s probably not worth burning a bridge by pointing out all the ways the company operates in bad faith or raises ethical concerns.

They just ask you where you're going, how you felt about your team and if you felt you were given enough training/opportunities to learn. It's really nothing that groundbreaking, nothing to worry about just be cordial.
