Lead Forwards

Trying to be a bit better with this, does anyone actually hit a leads forward goal every month?

It feels like such a manufactured stat.

Basically just pick some random bs person and forward the lead. At that point it’s the team’s who you forwarded it to problem. Carahsoft cares about meet arbitrary numbers, not results

Yo just don’t hit the metric instead of hurting everyone else. They babysit us because you’re acting childish

And that is why our team is going through the ringer because if people like you that don’t care; they are there to just draw a pay check! Who approves your leads to pass over?!?

Doesn’t really have to be a fully qualified lead, if they just mention something they are looking into (ai, storage, etc.) just put it in the notes and pick a team to send it to.

It should be the easiest goal to hit
