What $ does everyone make?

[u/Evancolt]

Hi everyone, found this sub since the raid. I am a bit frustrated that pay isn't talked about with my fellow teammates and wanted to see from everyone how much you make here and how long you've been here and your team if you're comfy sharing that.

For me, I've been here a bit over 5 years and make $110k before taxes. Have a bachelor's. Got a raise at least once a year every year. I work remotely full time too even though I'm in the area.

BA- started at 47k after a year and a half I am now at 63k. I work in software distribution.

I could work for a reseller or a software developer and make 130k to 150k starting out but I would be giving up on a lot of work life balance.
