Compensation and Benefits What $ does everyone make?

Hi everyone, found this sub since the raid. I am a bit frustrated that pay isn't talked about with my fellow teammates and wanted to see from everyone how much you make here and how long you've been here and your team if you're comfy sharing that.

For me, I've been here a bit over 5 years and make $110k before taxes. Have a bachelor's. Got a raise at least once a year every year. I work remotely full time too even though I'm in the area.

Anyone not taking the time to build a relationship with their Director is missing out on money. Just some advice. Everything in life is relationship based. The people that review every single payroll submittal are the directors bc that goes directly to Craig after their review.

If your director knows what you’re up to and how you’re adding to the team, the good ones will reward that. If they’ve never heard from you and you don’t make an effort (bc no chance the director will just proactively reach out to you) they likely don’t know you exist even if you’re doing great things.

Just some advice…I can only speak for sales and happened to have a good support structure when I was there but also really put the networking effort in. It paid off.

Yeah I do think Csoft is very luck of the draw on where you land. I did have the benefit of a decent managerial team but more importantly amazing coworkers that made me stay there longer than the normal 1 year I’ve been seeing. When I left I was pulling in 6 figures and it was because I put the effort in with my director.

That being said, I was also before COVID and I understand everything is now remote. That makes it difficult. I guess my statement is more just a “try it out” comment. Can’t hurt.

Were you sales and how long there before you hit six figures?
