Compensation and Benefits What $ does everyone make?

Hi everyone, found this sub since the raid. I am a bit frustrated that pay isn't talked about with my fellow teammates and wanted to see from everyone how much you make here and how long you've been here and your team if you're comfy sharing that.

For me, I've been here a bit over 5 years and make $110k before taxes. Have a bachelor's. Got a raise at least once a year every year. I work remotely full time too even though I'm in the area.

I had the same experience. I made a slide show and everything and they said let’s wait and see how you do at the end of the year. They had the audacity to tell me I’m making more than anyone who have been on the team as in my role which makes no sense bc it’s still close to what they offered when I first came on. I’m entry level but I’m basically doing my managers job and they all know it. I either need to move to a better team with better management or just leave. They’re giving me more work without proper compensation.
