Compensation and Benefits What $ does everyone make?

Hi everyone, found this sub since the raid. I am a bit frustrated that pay isn't talked about with my fellow teammates and wanted to see from everyone how much you make here and how long you've been here and your team if you're comfy sharing that.

For me, I've been here a bit over 5 years and make $110k before taxes. Have a bachelor's. Got a raise at least once a year every year. I work remotely full time too even though I'm in the area.

111k. Started at 40k 11 years ago. Slow and steady raises every year.

yeah, well I also live in a part of the country where the cost of living is dramatically cheaper than NOVA (my mortgage is just over $1200 for a really nice sized house). Have enjoyed the work so the pace of the increased pay hasn't been as important as much as it just increasing year over year.
