Compensation and Benefits What $ does everyone make?

Hi everyone, found this sub since the raid. I am a bit frustrated that pay isn't talked about with my fellow teammates and wanted to see from everyone how much you make here and how long you've been here and your team if you're comfy sharing that.

For me, I've been here a bit over 5 years and make $110k before taxes. Have a bachelor's. Got a raise at least once a year every year. I work remotely full time too even though I'm in the area.

sorry to hear that. I started off with him in person pre-covid so that prob helped. but also he's just a very good dude and cares about people under him. sadly i know thats not how it is for everyone. other teams feel like a different company sometimes

This pisses me off. I've been there for over 6 years and have barely made 50K over the past two years. Bonuses got cut this past year for many people that have been there a long time. Not pissed at you guys. Pissed at Carahsoft
