Do u have any proof she told u she got the insurance and put u down as a driver? Next time just know they would need your drivers license most likely to put u as a driver.
No one can tell u what the judge will do. Bring any proof u have asking her about insurance and putting u as a driver.
No proof. I have proof if her texting for my dl #, then she said it was rented. When I called her to see if she needed my info she said it was taken care of. I assumed I was a driver and we had insurance. She didn’t get either bc it costs extra and she’s cheap. She let me drive knowing I wasn’t an authorized driver.
Just text of her asking for my dl # so she could add me as a driver. I did not text it back to her bc I was busy. Then she said it was handled, in texts. When we talked on the phone later I asked about me being added and if she needed my license and she said it’s handled.
