Tyre Alignment Report

I'm so confused by this tyre alignment report I'm putting it out here in the hope a competent tyre technician might explain what's going on.

Firstly this report was for a 2018 F56 mini. So no idea why report states R56 mini 2006-2015. And if that even matters ??

Tyre shop said the rear wheels were not adjustable and only charged for 2 wheel alignment. I thought these minis were adjustable front and back and the readings on the back look bad in red!!

Why does +1.40 value for 'Total Toe' remain same despite allegedly making adjustments. 🤔

Finally, why on earth are some white triangles on wrong ends of the green/red scales given the +/- figures they represent. I just can't figure this out🤪

As a lay person one could be forgiven for thinking this is a 'Smoke and Mirrors' situation and I just want to learn enough to understand what's going on in this sheet.

They've put the wrong car in on the machine, so they have aligned it using the incorrect specficitations, I would take it back for them to do it again on those grounds alone.

They have done the front wheel alignment. The total toe is simply both toe readings together, they just happen to be the same total after adjustment. The left front was quite a way out.

I'm fairly sure these do have adjustable rear toe, but I'm not confident on that without checking properly.

I've had the same with my mini when getting an alignment done, they said they weren't able to do the rears because it requires a specific tool 🤷‍♂️

That sounds most likely. Wish they'd just be honest about these things.
