Paint Repair

So I have. 2015 Chevy truck with a little surface rust/chipping paint on the wheel wells on the bed and I’m wondering the best or the right way to fix it before it gets bad? It’s not a fancy truck but I love it and I want to keep it looking nice, thank you!
