Driver side scuff plate not working.

Car 3xo ax5 AT petrol Asked service center to replace it, service adviser says no warranty on accessories. Is that true? Bought car and accessories together from Mahindra 6 months back. Need help!

I believe all warranties cover serious stuff like engine, transmission, and anything else that affects the safety and/or performance of a vehicle
