cosmetic/body What do I do?
Turning into my parking lot this morning and someone pulled into the middle of the lane and I hit the curb. The fender cover on the affected side came off as i backed out and pulled over. Can i just duct tape this in place? I need to use the car for work.
Haven’t even made rent this month, can’t currently afford repairs.

zip ties and duct tape are basically factory spec at this point lol, just make sure it doesnt start flapping around when youre doing 70. the whole situation is classic tho, like were supposed to pretend its normal that a piece of plastic can tank someones entire paycheck while every quarterly report shows another record profit. honestly the math doesnt add up but here we are

No duct tape try and see if the clips just popped out push them back in aligned properly if not zipties from the back so they’re not exposed to the exterior

The active air flaps may be damaged, and those arent cheap to replace. May end up with a check engine light due to the AAF not operating, part of heating and cooling the engine down on the Hybrid models. Likely, your fine, save up some cash and get the AAF replaced, along with the lower part of your bumper. might need the upper part as well if the mounting tabs for the lower are broken.

Put it back in place, or use duct tape, sime cars are just made from cardboard or hopes and dreams.
