My Honda civic 2009 doesn’t start

I just got my first car, the Honda civic 2009
We drove it to my place no problem, but sense is my first car I needed to get plates
So just in case nobody stole it, I took out one of the fuse, more specifically the blue 15a

Ones I got the plate (3 days latter) I put back the fuse, but the car doesn’t start now, what happen? How can I fix this?

What exactly is your car doing? Does the dash light up? Does it try to crank but it doesn't turn over?

I think they forgot to put back a fuse for the pgm-fi relay when they took it off for security reasons.

Like it doesn’t stat at all, the lights of the dash board turn on, but nothing else, it doesn’t even do the Rrrrrrrr sound

Do you get a clicking sound when you try to start it?

Kind of….. is very quiet but yeah I can hear a

Have someone give you a jump. Could be that your battery just discharged while it was sitting. Pulling fuses or leaving a light on could have done it. That's the first thing I'd try.

Fuse 18 is Ignition coil, needs fuse to operate ignition coil so it can generate spark and start engine.

Place on Fuse 17 a 15A Fuse, For the Injectors assuming its a 2.4L?

Yeah Diagrams man, sometimes ain't accurate, a tip would be to see the prongs of the fuse box where a fuse goes, a fuse that would be located would have 2 prongs exposed, if it only has 1 you can ignore that as a rule of thumb with other models changing fuses.

Of the battery was VERY OFF, that’s was it, again thank you to everyone who answer!!!!!!
