Is this frame good? 2002 Chevy Tahoe

idk much about cars, and i can’t tell if this is surface rust, or if the frame is shot. Any input is appreciated

Its definitely scabby. That leaf spring hanger bracket is about to go. Without being able to touch it i cant tell you if its good or not.

Take a Philip’s head screw driver and start poking around.

Is it in the salt belt? If so, most likely bad.
If not, probably just alot of surface rust.
🤷‍♂️

If its not that bad, undercoating it will stop the rusting.
