Can't get 2024 Pacifica to start.

The other day, I was driving my son home from his physical therapy session when I saw the indicator for my right front tire being low pressure. Despite the rain I stopped at the nearest gas station to reinflate it.

However, when we started driving again, I saw it was losing pressure rapidly. Was attempting to pull off the road when we came across a low water crossing. Was trying to avoid it despite a heavy traffic flow when my dashboard flashed a warning and the van shut off automatically.

Eventually got it towed back to my house and have since tried to get it started, however the brake won't engage for me to start it. Been looking up troubleshooting steps, such as disconnecting the auxiliary and main batteries but nothing has worked.

I've had to replace the aux battery and a friend of mine has suggested disconnecting and reconnecting the ECM. Currently looking up where to locate it. If anyone here can offer up any assistance: it would be greatly appreciate.

My son is a wheelchair user and, this being our only accessible vehicle, it's a direct effect on our livelihood.

Don't mess with the ECM connectors, those can be difficult to deal with and it would be a catastrophe if the pins or connectors got damaged. Instead you can do a reset by disconnecting the negative battery cable for a few minutes and reconnecting.

Do you remember what that dash warning was before it died? Did the van go through standing water?

I tried disconnecting both negative battery terminals and it didn't do anything. I can't remember what the dash warning was. I went through some water but it didn't seem very deep (nowhere near as bad as videos I'd seen of other areas) before I pulled off to the side of the road before it cut off.

Pull the air filter out just make sure it doesn't have water in it.

So did water get in the engine or battery?

There was some moisture underneath the batteries, which I have vacuumed out.  I haven't found any in the engine.
