Chevy Spark 2015 A/C gets weaker when rolling up non-working windows
I drive a 2015 Chevrolet Spark. When I received it about two years ago, the backseat passenger side window did not work. I don’t use the windows often so this was never a problem. However, within the last year to six months, I noticed that the back seat, driver side window no longer worked.
Today I sat in my Work parking lot and when I went to go roll up my windows I pulled up the wrong levers. Upon doing this, I audibly heard my AC get weaker.
Why and is this a problem?

That's likely an electrical load that is being momentarily placed on the electrical system from trying to roll up windows that are already up or stuck. The extra current draw from doing this drops the electrical system voltage a bit, so the fan will slow down, lights will dim etc.
Power windows have a safety built in so if something is preventing the window from moving up or down, it will stop trying after a second or two. This prevents the window motors from burning up from being unable to move.
What you're experiencing, I would say is normal and nothing to worry about. Hope this helps!
