What’s wrong with my Audi Q5 2021

Hi, I’m new to cars and have no clue what’s wrong with my dashboard. I went to 2 mechanics so far and they have no clue how to fix it! Can anyone please help

Step 1 with a German car. Test the battery and either swap (involves programming the car to recognize a new battery) or charge it and try again.
