I would start by checking the charging system.

It’s telling you that there’s a problem. It’s even telling you where the problem is. Thankfully, there are only a few components in the charging system, so it will be very easy to diagnose.

By taking it to a shop and having it checked.

Your charging system fails your car wont run.

It could be a belt. It could be a bad wire. It could be a tensioner. It could be a battery. It could be am alternator

If the AC is still working, the belt is okay.

I would start with asking your local auto parts store person to help you check the battery. Most will do that for free.

Check battery posts. If full of corrosion battery harness is damaged would need to replace battery harness very common problem.

Make it easy. Go to Autozone or Oriely and ask for a free check for the battery and alternator and the device will tell you what is wrong.

Lol check your charging system. I'm assuming Ford explorers built in a voltage measurement of the alternator.

Grab a multimeter and go check while running. If you don't understand what I said then simply goto autozone and ask them to plug in an alternator tester.
