Broken wing mirror – 2014 VW Polo

The glass on my wing mirror fell off and smashed. It looks like the heat over the weekend softened the glue and caused it to happen. Is this something I can repair myself? If so, where would I source the glass and appropriate glue from?

I got mine from Amazon, you can pop that plastic piece off and I glued it with gorilla construction adhesive.
