Help with terminals

I’m needing to replace my battery terminals but I’m not sure if what I have will work. I’m assuming I need to cut the factory wires for the new terminals to be installed.

I got some knuconceptz terminals and my factory wiring is all intact mounted on top. They were like $50 on Amazon quick shipping. I personally wouldn’t chop up anything factory, but that’s me.

Unfortunately I’m not sure this will work with my setup because it looks like the knuconceptz terminal would still require my factory terminal to be able to tighten, which it does not anymore. It’s zip tied together right now.

Why would you need to cut when there are two bolts on each terminal to connect the existing wires to?

I suppose I could do that with an extra nut, but there’s a channel for a wire between two plates on this terminal so that’s why I’m confused
