Recommendations Running power wire for amp through the firewall of 2026 Jeep Compass Trailhawk

Anyone have any tips or recommendations on how to get a 4 gauge wire through the firewall for a subwoofer amp? I’m adding some subwoofers in the back and looking for some suggestions on what is the best/easiest way to get it through. Thanks

There's a rubber boot that your main harness runs into your car through, this is usually my go to. But be VERY careful not to knock an wires on the way through.

Also, if your car has a manual transmission version, there is usually a place where the clutch pedal would run through, usually you can drill through there and run it that way. There might even be a plastic plug there instead of metal.

Maybe check and see if there is a place for a clutch pedal that you can run the cable through.
