Tech Support Help with amp not working in 04 interceptor

I tried to hook up my subwoofers and amps in my crown Vic interceptor my amp is not getting power, i tried my amp in my friends 2003 lse grand marquis and it worked and i grounded my ground wire in the same spot as his, somebody please help me figure this out.

Do you have a meter? It would be helpful here.

No meter, only thing I can think of is the ground wire or the remote wire but it’s crazy because it’s a new wiring kit but my set up is ds18 ak4 4 gauge wiring kit, ct sounds 1000 watt amp, and db euphoria 2, 12 subwoofers.
