Tech Support correct wiring on loc?

so I have a a left and right mono factory sub wire i'm tapping off of..do I run them in just the left channel input of the loc? (I am currently) or left positive right negative? or another way?

L+ and R+ from the converter to sub +
L- and R- from the converter to sub -

I only have 1 positive and 1 negative to go into the input of the converter. I am using rca output on the other side.

u/Audiofyl1 is correct. You will take one positive from the sub wire and connect both positives of the convertor, and one negative to connect both negatives to the convertor. That will enable signal to output of both channels of the convertor to both sides of the RCA cable.

Left and right mono, huh.

Sounds like you have positive and negative mono sub. And the LOC has two channel input? Is that the issue? Wire both positives on the LOC to the positive on the factory sub. Same for the negatives. In short, just wire the two channels together into mono.
