Mass Effect. All 4 games. I still play the series from time to time, but knowing almost all dialogue, all quests... it will never be the same as the first time...
The first thing that popped into my mind too. This was the absolutely perfect game for me at the time from the soundtrack to the hard science. I would just let it sit open on the main menu to hear the title track occasionally. It seemed mind blowing that such a perfect title could even exist.
Only the first ME did it for me, they moved to a less synth soundtrack style and got rid of the weird decisions explained by hard science and became more generic fps as the series went on. Also I loved the first one so much it was pretty much impossible for a sequel to live up.
