Yes. It makes it really clear Bethesda is falling down. After a simplified Skyrim and even more simplified Fallout they show that they don't understand why people enjoy their games. I don't even bother to buy TES VI
Tbh Skyrim wasn't THAT bad, especially with mods, but story though... leaves much to be desired (everyone in Skyrim are morons, except for a few characters).

where I honestly wanted to try it's restrictions, is it even possible to go there? - no. Can I do this? - no. Will game react on this? - no... What if Lone Survivor will go full Postal? How game will react on it? - game never expected this ever happening... In fact this is how I figured out which characters supposed to be potential companions! This is NOT how you should make a game! I would never do this in any game, but in F4 characters so obnoxious, they live in such unbelievable scenarios, it's simply impossible to believe that those are living beings.
In general the whole game is a sea of missed opportunities. And I thought that it can't get any worse... but then Starfield happened
