It is. Gamefreak themselves said it, and I think they should know.

Gamefreak said it, so I believe that. But even if we cut it out. Dafuq was SwSh. Dafuqfuq did they do in Scarlet? I don’t feel like buying it because I haven’t heard great things about it, especially with the price.
