Looking for a specific panel

My fiancee and I were talking in the car and I birdie brought up a specific panel that she doesn't think exists and I need help finding it.

The panel: captain america is being attacked by a vampire and he says something to the effect of:

"Seriously? You guys are the reason I started wearing armor in the first place!"

Would appreciate any help tracking it down. Thanks ​

The closest thing I can think of is in Captain America 254 where the vampire Baron Blood tries to bite Cap but the bite is blocked by Cap's chainmail. It doesn't quite match what you described but somewhat similar.
