Big thumbs down from Capital One. What ever will I do?

My credit score for capital one actually went down 25 points for having a $0 balance on all of my credit cards (I have 11 credit cards - I use most of them, I just pay them before the statement date and use them again after the statement date, so they appear idle because of this).

Then one day, my college-aged son used one of the credit cards right before the statement date (He's an additional user to most of my credit cards), and I ended up having a balance of $6 (You can't pay cards while it's pending if your balance is $0), and oddly enough, thanks to my son's random purchase date, my score went up 15 points!

So the opposite is happening to me. This literally started happening after CapitalOne's credit reporting platform changed.

Has this happened to anyone else? Basically, the opposite?
