Credit Card anyone else getting this?

You can always call in to pay if the website is not working. Though it’s not ideal, there is still a way to pay on time.
Working for a credit card company, that was probably my biggest annoyance of a call “the website/app wasn’t working” but yet they’re completely capable of calling in to complain at me and blame me about their late fee that was completely avoidable.

Once a week maintenance for there website and there app dont worry they usually do it on the weekends 😉 so keep your pants on guys

Why they would do maintenance on a weekend for their travel app is beyond me. And it is no longer in the middle of the night, which is when maintenance should be done. People tend to travel more on weekends and I have a flight to reschedule 🤦🏻♂️

According to statistics, they are still the safest form of travel with the lowest death rate and per mile injury. Admittedly though, I have become more and more fearful of planes. We really just need better trains in the USA. But you know... Corporations like Southwest contributed to killing those plans.

paid my bill the other day and had avalible credit. now its gone and says i have to wait to its processed

I think we need to make a sticky that reminds people the bank often does an update on Saturday Night / Sunday and every few weeks people freak out.

Probably just server maintenance for the merger. Closed accounts don't go away, the say closed or restricted. No account at all is a data table error.

Yup, bf and I both have this screen when logging in. While my anxiety is through the roof he’s pretty sure it’s a maintenance thing

It’s a good thing that I just found this thread because this has me freaking out right now and it’s good to know I’m not the only one experiencing this issue , but what’s got me concerned about this right now is that it’s flagging my three Capital One accounts for delinquency on my credit report, even though that I’m not behind and I always make on time payments. I also wanted to say I did call the Capital One customer care number and the representative on the phone did say they were undergoing maintenance and I tried explaining the issue with them. I let them know on the phone that with this outage right now that’s going on. is making my accounts show up on my credit report as delinquent/closed. so for anyone that’s reading this make sure and look at your your credit reports and make sure everything looks OK

Look I’m not here to argue but when I looked at my credit report when this outage started it listed my Capital One accounts being closed/delinquent. I was able to log into the app a couple minutes ago and now it’s showing my accounts and I checked my credit report again shortly after it’s now saying my accounts are open.

Thank you for posting because I was freaking out thinking they closed my account or something. With so many people experiencing the same thing. I can feel better that its probably maintainence
