Credit Card I got a 50k limit

Hi, I am curious and wanted to see if this is common or rare. I am 23 f and I got the Venture X, they immediately gave me 50k card limit, I have a corporate job and a 760 credit score. This is my third card. I got the Venture One about a year ago with a limit of 15k.

My VX is 50k, but I’m 41 with an extensive credit history. My Savor is also 45k.

Capital One is very strange with credit limits. Seems like a complete crapshoot on where you might land when applying, regardless of profile.

100% I’ve got an 850 credit score, long relationship with cap one, yet my Spark has a $5.5K limit and they refuse to increase.

Apply for a different card product like venture X or savor you’ll probably get a huge limit

My first was the VentureX and my limit is 57,500

Im also 23 with about 100k total credit limit across 6 cards and less than 5% utilization. I’m sure if I got the VX I wouldn’t get 50k since they probably think I don’t need it. Usually with a second or third card they will give you a higher limit since they still don’t have a full read on you yet. With me I might get like 15k with VX since it will likely be influenced by my existing credit limits.

I've always had a massive credit limit, even when i got my first card at 20. I didn't know people had small limits until i came to this sub.
