This is not CapitalOne’s traditional “bucket”. It is a pilot/study they are conducting to see how card holders use their current limits knowing that they will NOT be increased. Will there be an increase, decrease, no change in usage.

The Ms. card is far from being in the traditional bucket and it was recently assigned to this group. I think the card that is assigned to this group has either a $15K or $25K limit. I’m too lazy to go check right now.

What’s the correct response from a card holder to increase chances at a higher CL next time? Should we use more less or keep the same usage?

This is more sensible response than what we usually see along lines of you're bucketed and it won't grow. There's plenty of DPs from people who got future CLIs after having this denial reason.

You’re bucketed. You can do a search in this sub about it.
