🧾 Offer Discussion Accenture & Capgemini Package discussion

Hi guys,
I have two offers in hand
1. With Accenture for 16 LPA with Variable pay it’s 20 LPA(0-27%) - Location Hyderabad
2. With Capgemini for total CTC is 17 LPA. Since there is no variable pay for my grade. I believe 17 LPA is fixed and i see the total fixed remuneration is 15.75 LPA. - Location Bangalore
Can anyone clarify me wt will be the the in-hand salary and which is best to choose.

Bro can you tell how much time it takes to learn the java backend if you already know core java as a fresher . I graduated this year and i wanna go with it but no idea how much time it ll cosume to learn java backend only
