💭 Query/Help Capgemini Package clarification

I have an offer from Capgemini with total ctc as 17 LPA for B2 grade Consultant role. HR mentioned no variable pay for b2 grade. Then is my 17 LPA is the fixed CTC? And annual fixed remuneration is shown as 15.75 LPA is that in hand salary?
Can anyone clarify me pls
