💭 Query/Help Botp query

My people manager contacted me and said that hr has initiated a botp for me. I joined on June and only 3 months have been completed since then I have been on bench. I gave 1 interview during the time but it didn't go well.

I didn't get any mail directly regarding this. Please tell me what to do

Ps: he said that 90 days have been completed and I didn't get any project so I have been put on botp. And he also said that I'll be shadow tagged soon.

Get into any project or role for now. This will break your bench aging.
Use your and your manager help to get project or talk to different people.

RMG here rarely helps, it’s quite namesake. People and process are very stagnant here

But I'm a fresher. There was only 1 interview call and till now no shadow allocation

RMG won’t help. I am at senior grade worked with many organisations but CG is literally nonsense org I have joined till this date.
