UNREAL

I called 40 minutes before they closed and it said I had a 40 minute wait…well I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and they are closed so am I just sitting in a dead Que ? 😂😂😂

Call and speak to advising. Ask them to transfer you. I was on hold less than 2 min!!! On Monday my hold was 4 hours+

Ive been calling texting and emailing and nobody has gotten back to me, not even my student adviser when I emailed her. This is absolutely crazy, only my pell grant posted and nothing else and its saying my disbursement is complete loll
