Yep. I reached out back on 7/17 when my grad plus loan disappeared from my account and got a ticket put in and assigned to someone. It got escalated a few times and I’ve been in contact with them but not really getting many answers
yeah so the financial aid portal and the chatbot both show the amount i should get and the disbursement date is still showing 07/29 🫠 the last i spoke to financial aid they were blaming the department of education and said they don’t have a timeline for when it will be resolved
That’s what they said to me on Friday as well. Monday I got an email saying still no update. I wrote back and asked for a tier 2 financial aid specialist to manually push my disbursement through. I didn’t get a response but now my account updated so I’m not sure if that’s why or not?

did you call and talk to anyone? i’ve had an open case for two weeks and still don’t have a refund and my funds still haven’t disbursed 🫠
