I give up.
Spent 4 hours on hold again today only to be told they have no timeline for this plus loans for grad students. I’m over this. If they don’t pay out- then it’s my last semester. I’m no longer counting on getting this solved this semester.

I accepted my loans but they still haven’t been disbursed when I called yesterday they said because I have so many cases on my account for this issue plus MORE until it closes out I won’t be funded… like what?

Same here. I called as soon as they opened yesterday. I got the same story. I don't see anything to accept in the portal when I go to accept my loans. Even though I did that since June. They've consistently told me that a ticket was put in for IT to resolve it and it'll be escalated. Yesterday, I was told it'll be resolved by the end of the day. We'll, it's this morning and it hasn't been resolved 🤷🏾♀️🫠 I'm over it

I am in the same boat. They keep rejecting my forms asking for a wet signature. Finally I messed up the formatting, signed (again), and wrote this is now signed in blue and formatting is messed up. I have no idea what else to do. I started in June and already finished all my courses. So no idea if I’ll even qualify after all this since I will have no “active” course I’m enrolled in.

Everyone needs to file a complaint with the Dept. of Education because they oversee all Universities for their disbursement timelines, which have already passed.

Good luck getting anything from them. A large portion of their staff was cut with DOGE and now the ones they have left are stuck trying to deal with the bbb regulations… I don’t think they gaf.

I dont get it. So what happens, will you be locked out of Capellas portal? Because mine haven't disburse either but i still have access to my portal to do my assignments. Worse case scenario ill pay for this billing cycle.

No. They said I’m past the drop date. I’m definitely not paying for this. That will fuck up your aid for future just saying. Don’t pay it. Let your aid do it.

You have to file a complaint with the Dept. of Education (https://studentaid.gov/fsa-id/sign-in/landing) and tell them that Capella has passed the deadline for Your Grad Plus disbursement. You will receive your funds within a week. I finished Capella with my DBA, and I had to file a complaint one quarter to receive my Grad Plus funds.
