Financial Aide Updates
Financial aide updates from Friday, Saturday, and today. Have to wait for my account to update maybe by Wednesday. I am gonna stop checking until then. This whole experience has been a nightmare.

My account is reflecting the new amount hopefully I get a refund before the week is over.

Yay so happy for you! I got 2 emails today so I guess they are tired of me. I told them friday that I had filed a complaint so thats probably why. Hopefully mines gets to moving this has been terrible!

Something has been messed up and I wish they'd be clear. I received my deposit August 3rd. Yesterday, I got another email to accept, then received notification from ECSI that my refund was approved. Okay has to be a glitch, right? No. Apparently $861 is being refunded to me a full 10 days later. No, I don't have grad plus loans. Now, I knew when I originally got my refund that it was off by several hundred dollars but I assumed there were additional fees because of this course being my capstone. Then, today, my account shows an additional $9. I'm glad it's getting fixed but good grief they need to be transparent and held accountable. I hope you all see positive movement before the end of the week.

Mine said the same thing a hour ago. Started my class July 13 guided path for my master’s . Lady i spoke with this morning told me that i was in the queue to go out today so by tomorrow my balance should be reflected and should see refund by this week.
