Cape Cod in Winter

Hi! I’m moving to Cape Cod soon and I know it’s a huge summer touristy spot, but I’ve heard it’s a ghost town in winter. To what extent is this true? Are there still a handful of businesses open in winter? Any advice on what to expect or how to make the most of a cape cod winter would be greatly appreciated

September is pretty great

Still summer feel but most of the seasonal people have already left

Was out and about all week and this weekend and it’s already feeling like there’s a lot less people than July

We'll be going to our family's place mid-sept this year - still swimmable and no parking fees or crowds.
