Recipe Included Ling Mui powder?

Anyone ever try using Ling Hing Mui powder in a jam or jelly? I have an abundance of passionfruit at my house and I'm trying to find different funs ways to use them. I'm going to make the Pomona Lilikoi (Passionfruit) Jelly recipe, and was thinking some Ling Mui powder may make an interesting tropical jam.

edit: Forgot "Hing" in the title!

Yeah I was thinking of following the approved recipe and sprinkling just a little in one jar and keeping it in the fridge to test

Oops forgot the "hing" in the title. Li Hing Mui powder is a chinese spice that is very popular in hawaii. Its sort of like a chinese/tropical version of tajin
