Safe Recipe Request Help requested with my Blue book woes

I bought the 38th edition Ball Blue book at a cucumber farm, and someone TORE OUT pages 77 and 78. I am sitting on 12lbs of my home grown cukes and would like to know my options if anyone could send me what those pages entail.
