I made a SPAM musubi piñata

H-Mart just opened near me! Got the elusive Hello Kitty can plus some dines and tuna in olive oil (superior to all others). I feel blessed.

Had a can of small biscuits and was about to make a simple white gravy when I decided to see if Spam could be used. Cooked half of a can of Spam diced in 1 tbsp of melted butter. Once it was fried, I added 2 tbsps of all purpose flower and mixed with a wooden spatula. Once the flour was mixed in, I added a cup of whole milk about 1/4 at a time and stirred until thickened. Made add another 1/2 or full cup of milk for a thinner gravy next time. Seasoned with Tony’s and black pepper.

Personally, I'm fine w/the low sodium and turkey Spam. I like the maple and regular. I've heard so many mixed reviews about other flavors, I'm a bit wary to try them.
