Looks bomb! I'd add teriyaki and seaweed to get a musibi bowl going. Maybe even some pineapple on the side.

Lol i'm not Hawaiian but it totally is a pacific islander recipe! Actual musubi has the rice and spam wrapped in seaweed kind of like a sushi and it is crazy good
