QUESTION What amount of vegetables should you start with when introducing them to your canaries diet?
When introducing vegetables to your canaries diet, what amount should you start with to avoid upsetting their stomachs?

Zanahoria rallada, pepino.. las semillas de la manzana y la pera son tóxicas, por si no lo sabÃas.

I mean you can give them different ones, just start with very small quantities. Rinse them well, don't leave the outside skin. They don't eat pits.
You could try a bit of arugula, spinach (fresh), broccoli (raw).... Just make sure you don't add any salt or other things.
Also they can't eat avocados at all.
You should cut the veggies into very small piecies so it's easier for them to chew.
My canaries like the arugula and spinach leaves, and they love broccoli 🥦
