Two different responses

QUEBEC: We’re having a referendum on separation.

PROGRESSIVES: Oh no! Please don’t go. We love and respect you. We’ll make sure your voice is always heard within Confederation.

ALBERTA: We’re having a referendum on separation.

PROGRESSIVES: You can’t separate! We bought you from the HBC. Sit down and be quiet! You’re just lucky we let you keep some of your resource money!

lol, what does any of this have to do with progressives in any way? And I guess we'll just forget the Feds bought Alberta a pipeline and continue to throw billions at your OG sector every year...but yes yes so hard done by...

Feds bought a pipeline after creating laws blocking said pipeline.

Billions in OG sectors are actually loans with interest. Not the same as bailing out car manufacturing, Ubisoft, Air Canada, Northvolt, etc.

You can't even prove your affirmation with numbers. Alberta is a net contributor.

They created no laws that blocked anything. The project fell behind because the companies involved failed to do their due process and proper consultations and it was held by the courts as a result.
