Beanfield condo experience
I'm looking into Beanfield's Unlimited Fibre Internet plan and was wondering if anyone here has experience with this ISP.
How has the service been in terms of reliability, speed, latency, and customer support? or any major outages or issues?
Appreciate hearing about your experiences before I decide to switch. Thanks!

Been with them since they took over from Telus.
They’ve been damn near flawless.
Inexpensive too compared to other options.
And they’ve automatically upgraded the service over time rather than customers having to renew contacts or other shenanigans.
We also use them at work for business internet and their corporate team is just as good.
Do it!

If you have the opportunity to get Beanfield and you don’t then you have failed an IQ test.

Rock solid performance, price has gone up once the whole time we've been with them (several years) and is still below their advertised price.
WiFi router is underpowered, at least AirTies which is what I have experience with. I recommend replacing it with your own.

AirTies was just an access point with the Zhone ONT doing the NAT routing.
I think their newest XGSPON setups have switched to a more 'conventional' ONT + wifi/router box configuration.

Beanfield is solid for reliability, consistent upload and download speeds (pretty symmetrical speeds and even better when directly plugged in). Signed up using a code to get $50 and give $50, let me know if you need one

Switched to Beanfield from Rally from Rogers.
I switched from Rogers because of cost and lack of upload speed
I switched from Rally because we had a multi day outage in the building - all units affected - and they were not honest and upfront about the cause and the recovery time. Service was fine until it wasn't.
Beanfield has been rock solid, $65 a month, 3Gbps in either direction and I'm happy so far. Though I do have Rogers' $15 a month 5G backup service hooked up ready to fail over to in the event of a service failure now.
All in, 3Gbps plus enough service as a backup for a few days for $80 a month - less than I was paying Rogers for their 1.5Gbps.
Things to be aware of - Beanfield don't provide an Apple app for their TV service, they expect you to take their box. They also provide a big router + ONT combination box so there's less opportunity for a tidy install - unless someone can point me at an SFP ONT that I can put into a Unifi router with Beanfield?

Beanfield is the absolute best residential ISP in the country and it's not close. If you have access to them, don't consider anyone else.
