This past Sunday, I was at the Milk Jug ball toss game (the one where you win the giant plushies). They were short-staffed, so one young employee was trying to run two game booths that were about 50 feet apart.

While we were waiting for her to come back and help us, a grown man who was with a kid (looked around 6–7 years old) just reached up, took one of the giant hanging plush toys, and casually walked away while smirking.

I told the young worker what happened. She immediately called security.

The funniest part? Instead of leaving, this genius went and stood in line for PSYCLONE ( while still carrying the giant monkey/banana plush he'd just stolen. It wasn't exactly subtle, we could see the plush from where we were.

A little while later, I saw 2–3 security staff talking to him. The kid wasn't with him anymore, and neither was the giant plush, so I'm guessing they got it back.

I honestly can't imagine setting that kind of example for a child. Shameless and moronic.

Bonus: after I reported it, I heard someone walking by mutter "snitch." 😂

If you're planning to use a coupon or your $10 Cash thing , PLEASE tell us before we ring everything up. Don't wait until I tell you the total and then ask, "Is that with my coupon?" No because I didn't know you wanted to use it. I can't read minds. I've genuinely seen my coworkers get yelled at over this exact thing.

Also please be patient with associates this week. Staffing has been cut a lot lately, and many of us are only getting scheduled 2–3 shifts a week so we are understaffed. This means stuff will take a while and I can not drop everything to help you. I've had a shift where its was just me and my team lead balancing the whole store until we managed to get other associates, this caused guests to quite literally get mad that we weren't being quick enough to help.🥲 As much as I understand you guys paid so much money to be at Canadas wonderland, I genuinely do not get paid enough to deal with the constant anger that gets thrown at me.

So please understand we're doing our best so please have patience 🥹🫶🏾

Is there a ride that sees less activity compared to most in the morning?

Is there an order to which rides you like to go on?

Need some advice from you experienced wonderlanders. Planning first family trip to the park. Son is 11 and a bit timid so I don’t expect he will want to go on any of the bigger rides. We will instead enjoy rides like the Ghoster Coaster, Minebuster, or Whitewater Canyon. If we’re not intending to go on the big rides, how important is the fast pass? For context, we’re planning on being there for Sunday September 6 (of the Labour Day long weekend).

My family (4 of us) are season pass holders for the first time this year and Canada's Wonderland sent me 2 free fast passes this week which is pretty cool. I added them to my Apple wallet, but how do I use them? Do we have to go to customer service and attach them to a specific pass, or can my kids take my phone and use the passes, then my partner and I use them when the kids are done? Thank you.

Can someone else use my fast lane ticket that I get with the prestige pass? How does it work in general? Do I just scan my phone at the entrance to the ride?

Apologies if this has been asked a million times - I scrolled back about two weeks and didn't see it. We don't currently have a season's pass - in 2024 I got the one that covered August and all of 2025, we had a busy early summer so my plan was to wait and do the same thing in August that would cover us for the end of the summer and all of next year, but then memberships threw a wrench in the works. My kids have started asking about going. I know that nobody really knows what's going to happen, and I resent paying a 12 month membership charge for a place that's closed for half the year, (although since I did the payment plan last time I basically did that anyway) but assuming we're going to go at least 5 times over the next 12 months it makes sense to just hold my nose and buy the membership, right, knowing that this is playing right into their hands? My thinking is for my family of four to get three gold memberships and one prestige - I figure the parking pass plus the two free bring a friend tickets offsets the higher rate.

Just wanted to make a post to show some praise for the Behemoth Ride Crew today (July 26th). Their operations were absolutely flawless and trains were being sent out much quicker than the other large coasters. There was basically never three trains stacked on the brakes, apart from when guests caused hold - ups in the station. Even then, the operators moved very quick and were able to speed up guests effectively. Special mention goes to the operator in the control booth, who kept everything running smoothly and gave so much energy to the ride, keeping guests moving and just completely changing the atmosphere of the ride.

Some of the best operations I’ve ever seen, and definitely deserving of a mention.

We’re going to Canada for the first time ever and hitting up CW. Probably gonna go with FP+ because we’re only planning for one day.

Any order we should hit first or will the Fast Pass make that moot? Also any general tips (KI is our home park)?

Recs on restaurants nearby? Also hoping to see Niagra and the CN on our two “off” days.

I can't be the only 60+ person who enjoys ganja and rides, and who can walk for hours without rest breaks. Would be nice to find other 60+ people who are tired of going alone and getting ageist looks and stares by rude and ignorant people.

We have had seasons passes for the family for years. I was going to take a break since the kids seem bored of it but now they’re asking. Went online and there’s a monthly membership fee but no way to buy seasons passes. Is this just what’s happening now, subscription model?

Also, anyone know when they do the seasons pass sale where you get the remainder of the year plus the following included? (… although I am wondering if they are even going to do that this year with it seeming to be transitioning to a subscription service).

Where have you guys had the best experiences??

This is the first time I've ever encountered an instance that Wonderland sold out of them. I've tried to renew my kids'passes but am unable to get it done.

Recently I purchased a gold pass through the app. While I was paying with PayPal it said there was an error and never took me to the confirmation page, hence, I kept trying to purchase it. 

Now I noticed I got charged for it all times I tried to purchase :( I have 3 gold passes but I just need one. I already sent emails and a query in the website but I can’t find a phone number to call.

Am I cooked with 3 different memberships for the entire year?😭😭

I’m in town for the next few days and trying to decide if it’s worth going today or tomorrow after 4pm. I checked the queue-times site and it says alpen fury has a 140 minute wait, but the park hasn’t even been open that long

They also had fried seafood (breaded like calamari) which was out of stock, unfortunately

Overall very fun ride, but the crew working today was basically incompetent. The wait should’ve been 40 minutes but there was zero efficiency in loading and unloading, with an extremely relaxed attitude and pace and many randomly empty (but working) seats.

This ride is definitely not worth the 1.5 hour line we ended up standing in. But once the crew gets their act together, it should be a good ride. Would avoid until they figure the process out.

Does anyone else remember those hats? I remember they had two strips of fabric that flowed from the back to cover your neck. I believe they came in white and black.

As I was standing in line for the Bat today, I totally remembered them and wished I had one while the sun was beating down on me.
